Kayla Behm is the epitome of management strength.  In her capacity as General Manager under two Choice Hotels for the past 15 years, she has mastered all facets of day to day operations.   Kayla's demand of exceptional customer service has also not gone unnoticed by the Choice chain.  She was a customer service award recipient.   Hotels under Kayla's management have a clean and safe environment, a well trained staff resulting in employee retention and exceptional guest satisfaction scores.  She is currently on the board of of the Choice Hotels Owners Council Region 9.
Hospitality Manager Rose Alvarez carries with her over 30 years of experience in management in the hotel industry.  During her employment with major hotel chains, IHG, Choice, Marriott specifically, she focused on sales.  She was awarded the Owner's Appreciation Award for surpassing sales goals.  Sales and revenue driven, Rose will evaluate the market, set and apply a sales and marketing strategy effectively producing increase in revenue.  Rose has a strong commitment to community service. She serves as an Ambassador with the Seattle Southside Chamber and is a mentor and judge for Distribution Education Clubs of America (DECA). She is a national delegate for the Choice Hotels Owners Council and serves on the Distribution and Comfort Brand committees.

Mark Behm has over 20 years of work history in construction, repair and maintenance.   Mark is experienced in the upkeep of buildings and vehicles to include landscaping, machine installation and repair.   During his employment with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad (BNSF), he efficiently performed routine maintenance on various machines and equipment.  Mark's ability to fix things is not his only asset.  While working for Schultz Transportation, one of the largest trucking companies that provide goods all over the USA, he became an inventory and customer sales expert.

Modesto Alvarez, retired veteran of the US Army. Modesto has over 40 years in the IT and communications field.   Modesto has been in the forefront of the expanding virtual world, pioneering various software programs to connect people.   Producing web pages, installing and programming computers are just some of Modesto's skills.  Modesto also attained extensive knowledge in customer service, furniture and kitchen installation and management of employees during his employment with one of Germany's leading furniture retailer.  Modesto is an active member of Washington Filipino Community and was honored with the Musical Visionary Award for his contributions.
